I have worked with the Interactive Intelligence phone system for over 8 years and I have to say that having a Fail over server its very important for your business. Some customers don’t want or like to spend the extra buck on a FO Server.
I’m available for any I3 VoIP CIC work related projects or full time.

I created all of our contact centre’s custom reports according to what matters and what works for us. I was able to marry disparate data from various sources and have them run from the interactive supervisor tool. The result, a one stop reporting sins for the end users saving time and money. I Love this product!

Great documentation about the CIC phone system. Myself as an I3 CIC Engineer, believe that this product is one of the best out there and I can say it based on research, knowledge and experience of working with other VoIP platform during the past 12 years.
