These folks have been providing IVR and ININ application consulting since 2001 and have a reputation for quality and an honest approach to design. They understand call center operations and have multiple successful projects under their belt like complicated IVR design utilizing handlers, custom reports and database and application integration.
Through a network of independent contractors, consultants and partners, Interactive Connect can supplement your staff on ININ projects from simple base installations to complex integrations and IVR applications. All of our engineers are certified on current releases and have additional skills and certifications like Cisco and Microsoft. Our contracts are time and material based which means you only pay for the hours worked on your project. Timesheets are provided weekly and engineers are available for both remote and on-site engagements.
